"Clean with a friendly staff. Unfortunately, overshadowed by the fact that they charged us for two rooms when we most definitely only booked one - just myself and husband travelling. They would not refund. "
"AVOID IN WINTER if you want to use the facilities such as kitchen etc. The kitchen is in a separate building from the rooms which was not made clear when booking. It is a huge kitchen but only two tiny heaters worked so it was baltic. Meant we had to go out for tea which we weren’t planning on doing so messed up ours plans.
