The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, breakfast nook, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, electric oven, and microwave, and features a gas leak alarm.
The kitchen-living room area includes a TV and a small sofa.

The double bedrooms each have a TV; one of the bedrooms features a dedicated area for using your laptop, with free Wi-Fi available.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers; the one on the lower floor has a bidet, while the one on the upper floor is equipped with a 7-kg washing machine.

The villa offers a wide selection of books in various genres and in Italian for both adults and children; for the little ones, there’s a corner entirely dedicated to them. It also provides a portable air conditioner to keep you cool on hot summer evenings.
The property features a terrace with two armchairs and a large garden, complete with a wood-fired barbecue, lounge chairs, and a wooden table with a parasol for enjoying summer evenings outdoors. The property is also accessible by bicycle.

Guests have access to the entire villa, with the exception of the tool shed located in the garden.

The village of Vignone, where the house is located, sits at 530 metres above sea level, about 3 km from the city of Verbania.
The house is close to a natural chestnut forest and offers opportunities for hikes where you may encounter forest animals.
A 200-meter walk from the house is a public outdoor swimming pool with an attached pizzeria and restaurant; the area also features a picnic area with a playground for children. Also nearby, within walking distance, is a mini-golf course. The village is served by a paid public bus service. From here, you can take day trips to the islands of Lake Maggiore, experience the thrill of a zipline, visit the renowned town of Stresa, explore Villa Taranto, and discover much more in the area.

This was a lovely and comfortable holiday home for us!The kitchen seems to have an issue with humidity. It's on the bottom floor and doesn't get direct sunlight, so it makes sense. However, the shelves and cupboards smell due to this. We put all the plates and stuff into the dishwasher before using them, and that solved the problem. The house was decorated with a lot of love, the views from the windows were gorgeous. The balcony was very comfortable and the surrounding village is small, but quite pretty. The wifi/ mobile network situation was a bit sparse, but that is what you get in the mountains and we made do.It's a good spot to relax for a while. Verbania has every store and bar you need, Switzerland is easy to reach by car and you can explore all around Lago Maggiore.

Super Unterkunft

Man findet alles.

A recommander.
