"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. It’s about a 20min walk into Como old town but we really appreciated getting away from the touristy part of town at the end of the day - plus seeing a more authentic Italy. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
