"We had a wonderful stay at this villa in St. Lucia. The host was absolutely amazing—very responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a great balance of style and relaxation. "I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. Additionally, I have never stayed at a resort that did not acknowledge a guest's birthday in some way. There was no card, note, or gesture recognizing the occasion, which was disappointing. Overall, the property was pleasant, but it did not leave a lasting impression. That said, the front desk agent who checked me in was wonderful and provided excellent customer service during my staff."
