- living room/lounge with TV, WiFi, and two 80x200 cm sofa beds (each convertible into a 160x200 cm bed)
- open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen
- bedroom 1 with one 160x200 cm bed and closet
- bathroom with toilet and washing machine
- enclosed loggia with table and chairs

Accommodation not suitable for wheelchair users.

One above-ground parking space in the residence's shared parking lot.
