I moved from a really nice hotel! To Vientiane Luxury! It is Just a name! There is nothing luxurious here! Breakfast was not really edible! I had one of three! Two other days I bought my breakfast in MiniBig C They were sweet the staff! That’s pretty much the only positive

Very Clean and a friendly staff

For the cost, it was a very nice hotel with a good breakfast and a friendly staff. Cloze to the Mekong.

Great for the rate

Thecproperty's location is great. The rate is not bad at all. The property is going through einvoation as it it needs a lots of improvement. Breakfast options and seevice can be better.

Absolutely not a luxury hotel

The staff was really great & nice, but the hotel is in really old and bad shape, aircondition leaking and not work well, they change room for me, but still not good, the bathroom are really nasty and the picture shown when order not match the reality.. I dont recommend this hotel, it was very overpriced too

Paid for 3 nights and didn’t sleep there. Checked in and saw the place and checked out. Dirty!! Nasty!! Not a clean place to sleep. I’m not sure where the rest of the review came from that says the place is clean

We changed rooms three times in our five day stay. In first room no hot water and thick mould on bathroom ceiling. Second room lost all power. Third room was good but only there for two nights. Staff were very helpful and kind but building needs major maintenance.
