This is the second time staying here in week. This is the best hotel in Vientiane, Laos. Incredible staff, service, rooms, food, location, what else? Everything just perfect here. All of the staff is so friendly & accommodating. I was very relaxed and comfortable here. Slept good, ate good, was very happy.

Great hotel in Vientiane. Great staff and service. Rooms are very nice. Pool is good, breakfast is wonderful. Great location. This really is a great hotel in Laos. I highly recommend it. The workers are so nice and welcoming and that makes a big difference. I will stay 1 extra night here because it's so good.

Pool is probably the dirtiest pool I have ever seen. Water wasn’t clean and you could see things floating around. Disgusting. Room was probably nice 25 years ago.

Hotel or hostel really not sure which.

Just not my cup of tea, it stated 3 star but not in my head, hotel Had construction going on and I sat on the bed and it almost fella apart, the shower was electric and just closer to a hostel than a hotel , I left and booked in to another hotel. I was much happier, the cost was a give away really but did not know what to expect, I shall not be doing it again

It looked cute on the website I go into the room. First thing I get is a horrible smell if you have claustrophobic issues not the place for you. Mosquitoes in the room went to look at the pool was about 4 inches short of wider and it was just sitting there it didn't have the return like multiples do, I went and bought air freshener and bug spray to kill the bugs in the room. The mattress was a whole other issue. You could feel every spring in the mattress and I heard all the noise from other guests all night long I might've gotten two hours sleep checked out the next day , you should remove this from your website if you'd like to stay reputable

階段が少し大変です

ホテルは街中にあり便利です。 また、朝食も美味しかったです。 難点は3階以上の場合長い長い階段を登らないといけない点。暑さもありなかなか疲れます。 また、夜のうちに部屋の中に蛾やカマキリが入ってきました。換気扇の隙間から何処かから入ったみたいです。

　エアコンが不良で色々試したが風のみしか使えなかった。T.Vがなく、全部屋そうかと思ったが、清掃中の部屋をのぞいたら、T.V もあり、エアコンも正常だった。荷解きをする前、室内の確認をお勧めします。一番腹立たしいのが、半年前にも予約しているのに、この様な部屋に割り当てられた事。

Einfaches abgrocktes guesthouse wäre zutreffender als 3 Sterne Hotel. Abgewohntes großes Zimmer im EG im Innenhof mit Gemeinschaftsweg ( Terasse ) davor. Mit AC,TV und Kühlschrank. Halbwegs sauber, aber dafür völlig überteuert, 1 Nacht über 30€ ist das nicht Wert, auch nicht mit dem einfachen, aber ausreichendem Frühstück sowie einem Pool ohne Wasser. Nochmal würden wie hier nicht wohnen.

ホテルは、バスターミナルから歩いても、苦にならない距離でした。３泊しましたが、ベッドメーキングと朝食は毎日有りでした。朝食クーポンは、くれと言わないと貰えないのが、難点です。 窓無し部屋だったのですが、エアコンを入れてないと、湿度が高くなって不快になるのと、蚊が何匹もいたのが残念。スタッフに、殺虫剤をまいてもらったが、入ってくるものが後を絶たない感じでした。スタッフの対応は、良かったですよ。
