Very easy and nice apartment. I did not use the kitchen as I was there for one night but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Room was spacious. Only complaint is that the wifi was not very strong.

Well located and great value hotel

Faa, basic, clean.

Due to our need to stay longer in Vientiane we chose to stay at Faa apartments as it was a lovely room, nothing flash but clean & comfortable & quite cheap. It was also located in a great location, close to morning & night markets. The Cultural Centre is directly across road. If anyone ever needs a printing service, there's a Mr. King (Fuji) printing shop up & across road. Mekong river 5 minute walk.

コスパからいえば文句はありませんが、セキュリティ（鍵などの設備）が甘いのと、夜中までうるさい点は要注意だと思います。水場と最低限の食器、湯沸かしポット、レンジ、冷蔵庫があります。料理はするなと書いてありました。周りは屋台やカフェいっぱいなので料理の必要はないですが、スーパーやマーケットにはやや遠いです。

部屋に電子レンジが置いてあり、簡単な調理ができるキッチン付きだった。 その分、短期滞在に必要なもの、シャンプーやボディーソープなど基本的なものは置いてない。 3泊したが、部屋の掃除、ベッドメイキングは無かった。 場所は繁華街に近く、かなり便利な場所。 スタッフも親切だった。

Schönes kleines Hotel, sehr gute Lage. Der Night-Food-Market mit riesen Auswahl und sehr guten Preisen ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war top, genau wie beschrieben. Die Angestellten dort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

外観は少々老朽感がありますが、内部は清潔感があり、毎日しっかり掃除をしてくれます。 ランドリーサービスはありませんが、近隣にいくつか、ランドリーサービスを受け付ける施設があります。

Liked. .Close to airport bus transport. Cafes and bars in the area. Aircon. in room good. Tiled floor kept room from smelling. Good hot water. Good size room. Service ok and friendly. Had balcony in room. Disliked...No lift in building. Old and worn out towels which we had to ask to change after 3 days. Poor wifi . Furniture look worn, needs repainting.TV reception can be improved.
