Last minute cancellation

This host has poor communication. Highly, likely this is scam. Spoke with Vrbo support 3 times after booking and deemed unprofessional booking. Directed me to Airbnb listing. This host has several listings & would avoid him at all costs. Cancelled but no refund. Have listed complaints against the properties with Vrbo.
