Chalet conforme à la description avec 2 niveaux indépendants et cependant communiquant par un escalier. L'espace salon salle à manger est le plus spacieux à l'étage supérieur. La climatisation commandable pour chaque pièce a été un atout majeur pendant cette période de canicule.Grande cour intérieure en gravier pour garer facilement 2 véhicules.Un jardin ombragé avec table et bancs en bois.Accès facile au chalet par les boîtiers de clés.
