Magnificent house with a big garden close to Baqueira-Beret ski resort.
This typical house from the region, Val d’Aran, is built with stone, wood and slate, and faces just south. Is surrounded by a 600 sqm garden, with a view to spectacular mountains.
Casa Pepe has 300 sqm in two floors. Very luxury, comfortable and big enough to some friends share all areas and enjoy a pleasant stay in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
From the garden you reach Chalet Casa Lola, another magnificient lodgement for 13 people. So, together with Casa Pepe, both houses can lodge a group up to 23 people in the same point.
Casa Pepe is a good choice for all people looking a luxury lodgement to a reasonable price.


The garden is one of the relevant spaces of this property. You can access from downstairs to the 600 square meters area with fir trees and ash trees, all surrounded by forests of centenarian beeches. It has a porch-terrace, a barbecue and a porch to park 3 or 4 cars depending its size.
Behind the entrance there is a hall to access to a 70 sqm living-room and the kitchen. The living room has a big fireplace and a balcony. The dinning-room has connexion with both, the kitchen and the living room.
It the upper floor there is a hallway with a TV and a PC, to access to the four bedrooms, each one with a full equiped bathroom.
The suite and two bedrooms have a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has a "lucana", a tipical window from the Aran Valley. One of the bedroom with balcony have four beds.
Casa Pepe is nicely decorated and is fully equipped and has a under floor heating system. The wood, a big fireplace made of stone dominating sitting-room, the piano and some antique furniture give special warmth to all areas, connected outside through large windows.

Tourist tax
Reservations made for stays as of November 1, 2012 in all tourist accommodation in Catalonia, will incorporate an official tourist tax of 2.48 euros per person and night in Barcelona and 0.99 euros in the rest of Catalonia, which It is not included in the price. The maximum amount is equivalent to 7 nights per person and stay. This rate will apply to those over 16 years of age. The fee will be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.
