In the courtyard of the farm, the gîte is in the main house with part of the courtyard shared with the second gîte (7 people), with a private space, the whole is enclosed and is well suited for large families, located near the Etang des Bois, the forest of Orléans, the canal and its hiking trails of Lorris. The house has a large closed and heated veranda with a lounge area. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room with lounge area, dining room, small independent lounge, shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 beds 90, 1 with 1 bed 90x200, 1 with 1 bed 160 or 2 x 80x200, bathroom, separate toilet. Central heating included and electricity included. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Wood stove in the dining room/living room.
