Three-room apartment with garden, composed of kitchen / living room double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower, washing machine and Wifi connection. Linen is rented for a fee on request. Independent entrance with CCTV camera. In front of the apartment the Viddalba Sports Center with tennis courts, soccer fields and padel. All services within walking distance. Not far from the Thermal Baths and 12km of white beach: Baia delle Mimose.

Bon emplacement

Bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est à 1h d Algherro et d Olbia. La piscine est plutôt agréable car peu frequenté. La douche dans le jardin est une très bonne idée. Plusieurs bémols toutefois, l appartement est loué pour 6, mais il n'y a que 4 chaises.......et lorsque j'ai demandé puisque nous étions 5, nous avons eu droit à un hochement de tête.... Il manque également un salon de jardin et un parasol pour pouvoir passer du temps à l extérieur. Pensez à bien vérifier également les accessoires notamment de la salle de bain, car la personne nous donnant les clés à homis de préciser l état de l abattant wc, la réglettes de fixation de la pomme de douche, la fuite du chauffe eaux, la mauvaise fixation du pare douche......penser à votre caution.
