"We were at the hotel two nights and loved it. There were two beds in our room and it was perfect because one was fairly firm which my husband loved and mine was a soft piece of heaven. The girls at the front desk were super friendly. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Orillia just across from the street where all the restaurants and cafes are. I highly recommend the Champlain Waterfront Hotel!"

"Staff were excellent and very accomodating. They even kept the pool open an extra hour for those of us who were late arrivals. Enjoyable stay, would definitely book there again!"
