"Room was renovated nice and new. Aesthetically pleasing. The only thing which put me off was the bedding. The bedding made it weird to sleep but everything else was phenomenal "

"The room was beyond what I expected from the pictures online, beautiful fire place and a spiral staircase leading to the king sized bed, from the moment you enter the room it feels like a warm welcome into a private cabin. Reception and hosts were amazing and exiting went as smoothly as possible. I will be back. "

"Our 4th time there in the past two months and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Property is clean, well maintained, and well laid out. We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat. Pool facilities are top notch. Little bit of a walk into town, but we prefer this as the property is more laid back and less chaotic than being right downtown. We are platinum members at Fairmont, and our experience here rivals that of those much more expensive properties. "

"The hotel was in a great location, with free transportation to Lake Louise and complimentary local Roam transit included. The Superior Split Room was a great layout for families. While our room overlooked the parking lot, which was a minor downside, the Rocky Mountain Soap Company toiletries were a fantastic touch. The hotel also had a large atrium area that didn’t seem to be well utilized; adding microwaves and a toaster there would be very helpful for guests preparing for day trips and hill activities."
