"Staff was friendly. Our dinner at the restaurant was above expectations. Our room had mechanical issues. The barn style bathroom door would not shut and kept coming off the track. It's an issue when staying with a teen son. He said it best when he said that they were "trying to make the hotel look nice without actually spending the money." Several of the lights didn't work and the shower supplies were empty. When i let the staff know upon my checkout..i was met with a Meh. I'll be staying at the neighboring hotel which is not significantly priced higher with much better reviews."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our room was super comfortable and cozy (loved all the indirect lighting). The shower was incredible! Staff was friendly, and the breakfast offerings were generous and tasty. The location just off 64 in the Greenbrier area was great - plenty of food options and easy access to other parts of the Hampton Roads area."

"The pool heat was broken. The hot tub had no water. 1 of 2 elevators broken. HVAC system was broken. The room was okay."

"Stay away! This was the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. The staff was awful. Waited two days for towels. Pool was “out of order” bc of a spilled drink. Bar never stayed open more than two hours. People were kicked out of the lobby for eating down there "
