He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. "I only stayed for one night, but had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the attention to detail is great. The room was clean and comfortable, the ambience in the reception area makes it a nice place to relax. And the rooftop pool is a great area to soak up the sun. The hotel itself is in a great location, not too far from the city centre and is well connected. Close by are the Gardens Compans Caffarelli, which are beautiful to walk around. I would recommend to anyone visiting Toulouse! "
