Our team tried to rectify the situation by offering you complimentary late checkout equivalent to the waiting time, including complimentary wines, however, both were declined. You have been so nice prior to and during your stay, unfortunately, a 1-night refund as compensation is not possible. We are hopeful that you can understand that compensation is based on the severity of what happened. The cleaning team also worked hard to prepare the property for you despite the last-minute reservation, and it was really unfortunate that we failed to meet your standards.
