Welcome to Beach House 305
Loved by our family and grandchildren for many years, we have the best spot in Victor Harbor, so much for Kids to do, with everything at your doorstep.

Family friendly, large apartment that caters for small children, with plenty of board games, bunk beds, fast wireless internet, highchair, and a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need for a quick getaway or a longer stay.

At the end of a fun day at the beach come back and have a long hot soak in our luxurious bathtub that has views out to the ocean. Relax and rejuvenate by sitting out on the double private balcony, watching the sun go down, enjoy a cocktail and a good night’s sleep in the deluxe king size bed, while the rest of the family have plenty of space.

With our very own in-house Gym and swimming pool, the beach directly opposite, Tennis courts and the best cafes and restaurants you will find on the South Coast.

Family holiday
The property was great and situated about a 5 min drive from the heart of the town. Walking distance for our younger fitter family members, not for the not so able Nana & Poppa except for the short walk to the “mother Beard coffee shop which we can highly recommend. The whole experience was great, close to every thing, easy Car parking in our designated car parks and good instructions for entry etc on arrival.

Fabulous location especially if you wnjoy vintage trains
The stay was very comfortable and accommodated the needs of 6 adults. We could walk to pubs and restaurants and the supermarket was also handy.

Fantastic family holiday accommodation
Lovely accommodation with great facilities, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Teenage kids enjoyed the huge bath and recliner lounges. Location was great and appreciated being able to walk everywhere, even to buy groceries.

The perfect family getaway!
We all loved our stay at this property. Immaculately presented with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and lovely coastal styling. Excellent beach (and cockle train) views... even from the bath! The apartment location is so central to everything Victor Harbour has to offer too. Thank you, we will be staying again!
