    Bright and breezy throughout, the apartment embraces a relaxed coastal feel, with open-plan living designed to make the most of its elevated outlook. Large windows draw in natural light and frame glimpses of the esplanade and ocean beyond, creating a calm backdrop for slow mornings and easy evenings.

    The living area invites you to unwind with a comfortable lounge and TV, seamlessly connected to the dining and kitchen spaces. The U-shaped kitchen offers ample room to prepare meals, fitted with contemporary appliances and everything needed for longer stays. Just beside it, the generous dining table seats eight, making it perfect for shared meals or planning the day ahead. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony, where alfresco dining takes centre stage. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy meals overlooking the nearby playground, with the pine trees and ocean adding to the coastal atmosphere.

    The primary bedroom features a king bed, wardrobe, and a private ensuite with shower and twin vanities. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and wardrobe, while the third bedroom includes a practical tri-bunk, ideal for families or groups. A central bathroom houses an enclosed shower, as well as the laundry with a washer and dryer adding everyday convenience. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout, ensuring comfort in every season, and onsite parking is available for one car.
    Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

    $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

    CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

    LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

    LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
