The villa has two floors and has recently been renovated maintaining its original style; it also features elegant décor with many period furnishings. The property is nestled in the green Mugello valley, a few kilometres from Florence, and has a private 400 m² garden, which is fenced and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (10 m x 5 m, depth 150 cm). The property also has a private outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining with a barbecue. Laundry room. Tennis court . Free Wi-Fi. Private parking on the property. An old local railway line passes nearby.
