Ein wunderbarer Ort um zu entspannen

Tolle Lage, riesen Pool mit schöner Aussicht. Das Haus ist groß und bietet für Familie auch Platz um sich zurückzuziehen. Nur die Ausstattung der Küche und Küchengeräte ist sehr schlecht. Wer selber kocht, sollte nur mit einfachsten Gerätschaften planen. Der Gefrierschrank kühlt auch nicht so richtig. Leider gibt es keine fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer und auch keine Ventilatoren, was bei der Hitze im Sommer angenehm gewesen wäre. Unabhängig davon, bewerten wir die Unterkunft als schön.

Wunderbares einsames Grundstück mit Pool. Die technischen Geräte im Haus (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) leider nicht richtig einsatzfähig, Geschirr wurde nicht wirklich sauber. Haus liegt mitten in der Natur=wunderschön. Aber leider keinerlei Fliegengitter an Fenstern und Türen, sodass sämtliche Insekten auch ungehindert ins Haus kamen. Schlafplätze im obersten Bereich sehr heiß, ein kleines Klimagerät könnte hier helfen. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Hyggeligt hus, ren pool, smukke omgivelser

Der var annonceret internet, men det virkede stort set ikke - man skulle opholde sig et helt specifikt sted på grunden for at fange net. Ved problemer er der hurtig action fra familien der passer ejendommen. Huset er kun til 8 personer. Dobbeltseng på 2. etage er ubrugelig. Der er stillestående luft, alt for varmt og åben til gangareal. Vi var 6 voksne, 3 børn + baby, men da ingen kunne sove ovenpå pga. varme måtte vi betale dyrt for en slå-op seng (dårlig stil, når vi var et tilladt antal)

Traumhaus in Traumlage

14 Tage Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Haus mit Pool und Garten sind ein Traum, Einrichtung/Mobiliar allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, beschwerliche Schotterzufahrt, die Ausstattung (besonders Küche und Handtücher) absolut mangelhaft. Unbedingt eigenen Kram (zB.scharfe Messer) mitbringen. Bett unterm Dach nicht nutzbar wegen Hitze! Daher max 8 Pers. Garten sehr gepflegt. Eigentümer sehr freundlich (ital./englisch), das WLAN funktionierte leider NICHT! Oft kamen (unangekündigt) Gartenarbeiter!

Die Unterkunft war gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist top und die Lage vom Haus herrlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Nebenkosten waren leider sehr hoch. Für unser Verständnis zu hoch!

Paradiesisches Anwesen

Das einsam gelegene Haus liegt wunderbar in den Hügeln des Mugello. Es wird liebevoll gepflegt von den Vermietern. Wunderbare Außenanlagen viele Blumen und einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal. Überall um das Anwesen herum sind Tische und Stühle um einen schattigen Platz zu haben. Wir haben sehr den Pool genossen und die überdachte Grillterasse. Die Tochter der Vermieter spricht gut Englisch und so konnte man sich gut über WhatsApp absprechen. Sie hat uns sogar zum Tierarzt nach Borgo San Lorenzo begleitet. Also wirklich ganz besonders liebe Gastgeber. Das Haus ist im italienischen Landhausstil schlicht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind im guten Zustand. Die Anfahrt ist eng und zu letzt recht steil. Aber daher kommt ja auch der Name Le Ripe. Aber wir konnten selbst mit dem Wohnmobil anreisen. Im kleinen Laden in Santa Maria a Vezzano bekommt man fast alles. Das sind ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Und wir sind für größere Einkäufe nach Borgo San Lorenzo gefahren. Dort gibt es auch ein super tollen Weinladen. Einfach die Vermieterin fragen.

Magnifique endroit, très spacieux

Vue magnifique, maison très spacieuse, un peu loin de Borgo San Lorenzo (25 min) mais qui garantit un calme absolu. La nuit nous avons été bercés par les chant des chouettes, un vrai cadeau. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont réservé un bel accueil. A savoir mauvaise réception téléphone portable, compensée en partie par le wifi. La maison est bien équipée. La piscine est très grande et le jardin très bien entretenu; chose rare, les tables et chaises extérieures sont nombreuses.

Sehr schön, tolles Haus, toller Pool, schön ruhig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Le foto non rendono giustizia a questa meravigliosa casa! PRO:pace,esclusività,la casa in generale,piscina,ampi spazi interni ed esterni, panorama incantevole, proprietari gentili e disponibili. CONTRO:mancanza di zanzariere(c'erano moltissimi insetti di ogni tipo, che essendo in piena collina ci sta anche-ma le zanzariere sono decisamente necessarie!),non essendoci le zanzariere almeno nelle camere serve l'aria condizionata,nessun negozio vicino, auto necessaria,mancanza di ricezione cellulare.

Wir durften schon einige Male ...

Wir durften schon einige Male mit Freunden in diesem Haus Urlaub machen und sind davon so begeistert, dass es uns immer wieder hinzieht. Liebevoll eingerichtet liegt es von purer Natur umgeben, der ideale Ort, um zu entspannen und zu entschleunigen. Reisetipps: Unsere Truppe liebte die Besuche in dem kleinen Dorfladen in Santa Maria a Vezzano, wo man auch gemütlich ein kühles Getränk genießen konnte.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgesta...

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, große Küche und Grill im überdachten Aussenbereich – alles super! Lediglich die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher sind schon sehr alt. Besser eigene mitbringen! Reisetipps: Florenz und Fiesole sind sehr gut mit der Bahn ab Borgo San Lorenzo erreichbar. Somit gibt es keine Parkplatzprobleme. Der Hbf in Florenz ist sehr nahe am Dom!In Barbarino (direkt an der Autobahnabfahrt) gibt es mit dem Ristorante La Cavallina ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Vor allem für Fleischliebhaber. Lohnt sich wirklich!!

Fantastisch, geriefelijk, mooi uitzicht, fijn zwembad!

Mooie plek helemaal vrij door hoge ligging met lange oprijweg! Fijne wandelmogelijkheden en eeltplekken met uitzicht op dal. Leuke bar met winkeltje in het dorp op half uurtje lopen.
