House in a gated community with a pool, tennis court, and playground.

  • Pleasant little house located in a secure residence with swimming pool and children's playground. It has a beautiful terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and a pergola to protect you from the sun, ideal for enjoying meals and evenings outside.

    Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen area with electric hobs, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a TV for your comfort.

    A private parking space, located in the outdoor parking area of the residence, is just a few metres from the house, offering convenient and easy access.

    The swimming pool of the residence is open from June 1st to September 15th, allowing you to take full advantage of the sunny days.

    The house is located just 3 km from the beach, in a small typical village, full of charm and character, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere, local shops and local markets.
