Villa Flamingo between Beach and Lagoon

Nestled in the village of Vic-la-Gardiole, “Villa Flamingo” invites you to enjoy an idyllic setting between the beach and lagoon, in the heart of the Gardiole hills with their beautiful flamingos.



Located in a secure residence with pool and tennis courts, this bright villa welcomes up to 6 guests.



The ground floor features a spacious, light-filled living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with en-suite shower room (140 × 200 bed), and a separate WC.



Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms (one with a trundle bed that can form a double) and a second shower room with WC. The villa is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi, electric shutters, and a private parking space.



Enjoy the tiled, private corner terrace with electric awning and summer kitchen—perfect for relaxing in the sun. Two bikes are available for you to reach Aresquiers beach (3 km via cycle path) or the village center (500 m). The residence also offers a seasonal shared pool, tennis, pétanque court, ping-pong, and basketball hoop.



Bed, bath, and household linen are included for 6 people. The pool is shared: full-body swimwear is not allowed.



Arrival and departure times are arranged in advance and must be strictly observed. Evening arrivals (after 7 pm and until 9 pm) or early departures (before 8 am) are possible upon prior request, available for an extra fee. Any delay causing a schedule change will be charged, available for an extra fee. Late-night arrivals or departures are not accepted. A security deposit is required before key handover. No checks or cash accepted. The property must be left clean on departure.
