Maison correspondant a l'annonce très agréable ombragé terrasse barbecue a même pas 5 minutes de la plage et un peu plus du centre tout ça dans une rue sécurisé merci pour ce lieux

Nous tenions à remercier le propriétaire de nous avoir accepter le temps d'une soiree entre amies. A 200m de la plage et à 5 munutes des restaurants nous avons mangé au bors de la mer dans un super restau La Paillotte. Lits très confortables. Terrasse agréable. Parking privatif. Merci Barbara

Logement à 5´ à pied d’une plage non aménagée mais agréable … la résidence est calme mise à part les travaux d’entretien des maisons matin et soir aux alentours . Animation dans vias plage et très bons restaurants à découvrir à vias village .

Plage réellement à 200m à pied

Logement très fonctionnel et pratique. Double terrasse et salles de bain, commerces de proximité et boulangeries très appréciés. Propriétaire flexible et agréable. Petit plus quartier sécurisé par double codes de chaque côté (plages et portail véhicule). Merci monsieur Caillat.

Juste parfait !

Logement parfait, extrêmement propre, très bien équipé est bien placé. Le jardin est très agréable, le lotissement calme. M. Caillat est très arrangeant sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Il met également à la disposition des locataires de nombreux équipements. Petit plus, qui pour nous est très important, ma maman étant handicapée (sans fauteuil roulant), le logement est parfaitement adapté aux personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Un séjour Cool - Vacances sans contrainte

L'environnement est calme et agréable. La proximité de la plage donne une grande liberté et laisse chacun libre du moment auquel il s'y rendra. La proximité des commerces permet également de s'affranchir de la voiture d'autant que les nombreux restaurants permettent de réduire de façon importante le volume des courses.
