This fully equipped 63 m² apartment is ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends, offering all the comfort needed for relaxing holidays in a friendly setting. Located in a secure residence, both the beach and the main shopping street are within walking distance, allowing for a car-free stay.
The bright living area features a sofa bed (140 cm) providing additional sleeping space, a convivial dining area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the outdoor areas.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Senseo coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms:
one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The bathroom is functional and well equipped, featuring a shower, washbasin, washing machine, heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.
Outside, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a large 17 m² shaded wooden terrace, furnished with outdoor dining furniture and an electric barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.
A large private garden of 208 m², with synthetic grass, two sun loungers, and a low outdoor lounge, offers plenty of space for relaxation or family activities. You will also have access to a private pétanque court, with a set of 6 boules provided.
For cooling off, the shared swimming pool of the Marina Lodge residence is available to all residents and is open from June 1st to September 30th. The new residence also features a children’s playground and a fruit garden, adding a natural and pleasant touch to your stay.
For added convenience, the apartment includes two private parking spaces reserved for the property, as well as a secure bike storage room within the residence. A drop-off area in front of the apartment allows you to unload your belongings easily upon arrival.

The flat has 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15 m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
