Bright apartment with sea view balcony

A terrace overlooking the sea, in the heart of the famous Viareggio promenade, the Sea View apartment offers a unique space on the first floor of a newly restored complex. Soft colors that reflect the sky and the sea, large windows from which to admire the magnificent landscape and two bedrooms, with bathroom, with attention to the smallest details, will make you experience a memorable stay. The large apartment is equipped with all comforts, including TV, wifi, living area and spacious kitchen. A pearl in the center of Viareggio, directly on the sea, where it is possible to book in one of the establishments a few steps from the structure and from where all the nerve centers of the city can be easily reached on foot. The Viareggio promenade is bordered by a large cycle path and by bike it is possible to make beautiful excursions from the coast to the pine forests.

Very nice apartment in a great location

This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location in Viareggio. You can walk forever along the Promenade and there are many restaurants, cafes and shopping. The apartment was well-equipped and our host even left us some treats in the refrigerator! Be aware the second bedroom is VERY small and the bed is really too small for two adults that are not a couple. Sandro did alert me before we arrived that it was a “French” bed, but I didn’t realize that my 18 and 21 year old daughters would not be able to share it as I expected. To make this truly a 4 person apartment, I would either get a slightly larger bed or equip with a couch that becomes a bed. We had difficulty operating the air conditioning. The host came by to fix it, but we never got it working. I suggest having them show you upon check-in exactly how it works, otherwise it is pretty hot at night. Other than those two things, this place was wonderful!
