La Casa del Sole, located on the ground floor of an apartment building with an lift and a private parking space, offers plenty of space inside and can accommodate up to 6 people; it is situated in a very quiet area, less than one kilometre from the sea and just a short walk from the pine forests. The apartment is on a single level and consists of: a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, two double bedrooms, and 3 balconies.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- ENTRANCE HALL with storage cabinet and wall mirror, coat rack, and fire extinguisher.
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, a cabinet with a smart TV, and a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. A French door leads to the balcony, which also features a smaller table for breakfast.
- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster; this room also features a balcony with an outdoor sink, a washing machine, and a clothesline.
