On the ground floor, you’ll find a small outdoor area with a table and laundry space, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house accommodates 7 guests, up to 8 upon request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
Ideal for families, the property is conveniently located near essential services: just 300 meters from the city center, 800 meters from the sea, and 100 meters from the train station.
