Our opinion:
This apartment is suitable for families or couples looking for relaxation, panoramic views, and beautiful nature walks, not far from the beaches but very close to all amenities. Thanks to the good internet connection, private parking, and complete amenities, it is also ideal for remote workers and longer stays.

The sea around Viareggio and the entire Versilia area is characterized by long, fine, white sandy beaches, inviting you to take pleasant strolls.
On the beach, there are beach establishments offering paid access and services such as umbrellas, deckchairs, changing rooms, restaurants, and swimming pools. On average, a beach umbrella with two deckchairs costs €20-€25 per day, but the price varies depending on the month. For nature lovers, there is also a public beach, with free access and swimming: the most famous is Lecciona Beach.

The western pine forest is a vast, cool green space where you'll find bike rentals, bars, restaurants, a tennis club, and a variety of children's games: baby golf, inflatables, table football, and trampolines.

The Viareggio seafront promenade is the center of shopping and social (and nightlife) life. Bar Fanatiko, Caffè New York, and Piazza Mazzini host free concerts and shows in the summer.
For mountain lovers, just a few kilometers away are the Apuan Alps, where splendid panoramic trails, equipped refuges, and peaks over 2,000 meters await, offering sea views.

A few kilometers south, Torre del Lago Puccini extends from the sea to Lake Massaciuccoli, an oasis offering pleasant boat trips.
