"We had the most amazing stay. The rooms are spotless and the staff can kot do enough for u. Food and drink choices far outshine 95% of any other all inclusive I have been to"

"Fantastic Resort 10/10"

"A great family-friendly hotel with lovely decor, but let down by maintenance issues and dining variety. The biggest disappointment was the pools. With no heating option, the water was freezing at this time of year. Worse, neither the main pool nor the private room pools were cleaned once during our entire stay, which is unacceptable for a property of this standard. The food is well-cooked and flavorful, but the dinner buffet quickly becomes monotonous—there is plenty of food on offer, but the...

"Great resort, good value for money."

"For a relaxing family vacation this was an excellent choice."

"Amazing resort for families , so much activities for the kids from pool to waterpark to a very nice play area in addition to the kids entertainment each evening , we spent 6 days that were extremely awesome , and definitely we are going back again next year"

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food and cocktails are delicious, and every member of the staff very friendly and kind. What impressed us the most is that the all-inclusive experience is clearly created with genuine care rather than as an afterthought. There is an incredible variety of food and drinks, ensuring...

"Clean hotel, friendly staff and good quality food, the only complaints I'd have are my shower cubicle handle fell whilst showering, and the room safe and luggage storage are at an extra cost which I found a bit cheeky."

"Hotel set up for Germans on one side and Italians on the other. Not very friendly to anyone else!"

"The staff was very nice and friendly!"
