Le séjour a Annecy et ces alentours était plus que parfait en dehors de l’hôtel, peu cher pour l'emplacement et la vue, mais vous ne payer que ça, ne comptez pas sur la qualité des chambres et leur isolation, vous entendez les voisins respirer...

La seule chose que j'ai aimé c'est la vue sur le lac du balcon de ma chambre. Nous avons mangé une fois au restaurant c'etait bon. Par contre la salle de bain n'en parlons pas la douche etait trop petite et je suis tres fine à peine je fesais un geste que je me cogné dans les paroies. La salle de bain en générale 2m sur 2m et tres vieillot comme la chambre du coup l'aspect de la chambre et salle de bains font pas tres propre.Pour le prix que j'ai payé pour 2 jours je trouve ça tres abusé. Et encore je ne marque pas tous ca serait trop long !!!!!

The hotel overlooks lake Annecy and profits from this beautiful position, with prices accordingly high. Overall a very tired-looking hotel in need of major refurbishment and re-painting and updating of amenities which would aid in ensuring adequate cleaning and better inter-room sound proofing.2 star at best. Limited choice at breakfast and awful-tasting coffee. Pleasant staff and service good at restaurant but meal rather insipid and expensive...except for delicious ice cream ! We will not be returning.

Sympathique

Très bon accueil, des hôtes très sympathique et des chambres bien confortable pour un hôtel 2 étoiles. L'hôtel est proche d'une petite plage sympathique, et on est a 10 mn d'Annecy. Avec mon fils on a passé un très bon séjour.

Very rude staff, stuffy room with no toilet

The hotel is right next to Annecy, which is a lovely place. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is not very lovely. Our room was a single bedroom, which had a washbasin, a bidet and a shower all in the same space. The room did not have its own toilet, so remember to check the room description! The shower door would not close and water kept leaking on to the fitted carpet. The room was very stuffy and we both had headaches after sleeping there for one night. The walls are thin and you could hear the shared toilet being used through the adjoining wall. When checking in, we were confused as the room did not have its own bathroom and used a shared toilet. The staff kept trying to push a more expensive room on us even though we asked for a moment for ourselves. They then said that it was already paid for, which led to some confusion while checking out. As we understood that the room had already been billed from my credit card, we left the key at the reception and walked towards the door. She started yelling at us in French that we were leaving without paying. This was not our intention and we stopped immediately. After some confusion I paid with my credit card (the "paid for" from the day before was only the cover charge). The lady kept insinuating that we had tried to leave without paying even though it was an honest mistake. The staff we met were generally very pushy and rude. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Belle vue mais déplorable

Hôtel idéalement situé avec une jolie vue sur le lac d'Annecy. Hôtel défraîchit et vieillot. Personnel qui n'a pas hésité à nous faire payer 10e supplémentaires pour avoir des toilettes dans la chambre alors que c'était compris dans la réservation en ligne (ce n'était pas stipuler que la chambre n'avait pas de toilette) et accueil froide et sec du receptioniste. Je ne conseil pas cette hôtel

Chambre légèrement défraîchie, salle de bain refaite à neuf, propreté impeccable. Gros point négatif : aucune isolation phonique, nos voisins de chambre ont discuté et regardé la télé jusqu'à 23h30 sans que nous puissions fermer l'oeil alors que nous étions fatigués suite à un long trajet. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Une expérience à ne pas faire

Les Acacias Bellevue est un hôtel très bien situé, au bord du lac d'Annecy. Mais ce cadre magnifique ne justifie pas un laisser aller dans la tenue de cet établissement en état de délabrement. Outre la fausse promotion affiché sur le site de réservation dont le prix était identique à celui affiché dans l'hôtel, c'est surtout la vétusté qui est à déplorer : tapisserie décollée, peinture largement écaillée, moquette sale, couverture douteuse, une douche posée de façon absurde dans un coin de la chambre faute de place pour une vrai salle de bain, un cafard dans le bidet,... En conclusion : passez votre chemin sinon vous oublierez le beau paysage qui vous entoure.
