"The lobby was beautiful and bright. Too bad the room did not hsve the same energy. The room was clean but the lamp, the end table light didn't work and the phone had no cord. The room had no microwave! The bed was hard as a brick. Nope....we won't be staying there again."

"Airport shuttle was great, on time drivers were very pleasant and friendly. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The heater air conditioner outside our room in hall was extremely loud all the time. The bathroom was in need of some repair and the wall vent was extremely dirty. "

"There was no laundry service or laundry amenities that i saw or was made aware of. The description I thought said laundry in unit or building. "
