Fine Westfjords Hotel
The accommodations were comfortable and the host was welcoming and gracious. Proximity to the Latrabjarg Cliffs is a great plus. Delicious breakfast included.

This place has a beautiful view of the ocean, and we arrived in time for dinner, which was delicious and breakfast the next morning was great too! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Amazing!
Great hotel with wonderful staff and service. It is remote and fairly basic, but the stunning views and amazing people make this a true gem.

I loved everything about this property! The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are modern. The host was helpful, friendly, and made us laugh! The dinner was amazing as was the breakfast.

Reasonable place to stay. Try ti stay closer to the Latrabjarg cliffs if you plan to spent a lot of time there.

Friendly Country Hotel
My family and I loved this hotel. The beach access, the wonderful meals and the friendly staff made our stay one to remember. Half an hour from the Puffin cliffs which was a great stop.

My priciest hotel stay in 11 days in Iceland. Property is in remote gravel road area. Hence the more pricey charge. However that makes it exclusive.

Remote and peaceful. Amazing beach view. Close to Latrabjarg cliffs. Charming dining area where delicious dinner and breakfast were served. Staff was warm and welcoming (especially the nice young man that served us dinner). Will go down as one of our most memorable stays in Iceland.

Unforgettable stay
What a cute place! I enjoyed my stay very much (4 days). The owner is very kind and acknowledgeable. He told me where and when to see puffins and I saw many of them! Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. There’s nothing really special about the hotel building itself, but the service is excellent and the location is exceptional. PROS: Service, friendly staff, great food, best bathroom we saw on our trip, clean all around. CONS: None. Bit pricey, but that’s understandable given the location.

Fantastic view!!
This is a great hotel if you’re going to Latrabjarg. Very secluded with fantastic views of the cliffs and fjord. The owner is very friendly and attentive. We had a great time!

We were greeted in a lovely way after a long drive with dinner and wine. There is a lovely beach to walk just down the road. Close to see puffins and all that the Westfjords have to offer.

Very roomy room with nice toilets. Although only one person serves us but he is very friendly and provide useful information about puffin cliff.

Cher, vieillot et pas sympa.
Vieux locaux , mal insonorisés avec vue montagne pour 281€… pour la vue mer , il faut payer encore plus cher. Et pour ce prix là, quand j’ai demandé si on pouvait faire une lessive, la patronne m’a envoyé bouler en me disant d’aller au camping à 10 km😡 alors que il y avait 5 machines à laver inutilisées dans la lingerie. Petit dej ok. A 22 km des falaises des macareux. Meilleur choix à Breidavik.

Piccolo albergo in bellissima posizione
Questo piccolo albergo é situato un po’ lontano da tutto, in una bellissima zona, con vista mare e possibilità di fare una passeggiata direttamente in spiaggia. Le stanza sono comode, pulite, grandi con un letto comodissimo. Il proprietario molto gentile e la colazione squisita in una bellissima sala da pranzo. Consigliato, ci si sente a casa... anche per più notti.... in zona si può fare tutte le escursioni comodamente.

Leider für uns eine Enttäuschung. Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben es als 'schrammelig' und vernachlässigt empfunden. Das Frühstück fanden wir ausgesprochen trostlos und fade. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis.

Vecchia scuola ristrutturata, molto bello
Hotel comodo per raggiungere la scogliera di Latrabjarg, colazione ottima ed abbondante. Possibilità di cenare in hotel (nei dintorni non c'è tanto altro). Si tratta di una vecchia scuola ristrutturata, le camere sono grandi, silenziose e calde. Il proprietario è veramente gentile e sempre disponibile per consigli e qualsiasi altra cosa.

L’extérieur ne paie pas de mine mais les chambres sont très propres et bien rénovées. Bon restaurant mais un peu cher, comme partout en Islande.
