"The room was clean but some things looked like they needed work or replacements. Toilet kept running when flushed so we had to remove the lid to fix the issue. Remote wasn’t working after we first turned it on, only volume button. The sheets felt like sandpaper and the person that checked us in wasn’t very friendly."

"Our room didn't have a dresser or a closet to put our clothes in, each time i wanted something I had to get the luggage out but it on the bed etc. There was no coffee pot for my morning coffee. Had to use toilet paper to blow my nose. Was a long walk to the hot tub were the pressure for the jets were nil. To top its all off at 10ish there was a fire 3 doors down in the drier. I check out and won't ever come back. "
