"Lovely boutique hotel on the river. A little hard to find especially as I arrived after midnight. However they waited up and showed us to our rooms. Excellent breakfast also."

"Very nice hotel in a very quiet and beautifully landscaped area. The staff is super nice, the decor makes you feel like in a castle, from the room decoration to the lobby and the yard. I did a walk around the castle and they also have a garden, growing their own food. I wish I had a breakfast or dinner in here but I was there only for a few hours of sleep. Thanks for the welcome."

"Very friendly receptionist on check-in. She noticed my wife was not very steady on her feet, so changed our room to an accessible room in an annex on the ground floor. The evening meal in the 20 du Domaine bistro restaurant was great value and they prepared a special vegetarian main course for me. Early in the morning, I received an alert message of a Eur 30.24 charge on the banking app on my phone. When we checked out after breakfast, there was no reference to this charge on our bill! The...

"Great communication from the host, clear instructions and answers to questions. Helped us with a bicycle issue we hadn’t the correct tool to fix! Beautiful breakfast supplies left for us, all very fresh. Hot tub ready which the children loved. Close to main shops, supermarket and restaurants. Quirky and memorable place to stay."

"The hotel was beautiful and the owner was friendly. Check in is at 5:00 pm which is also the time the staff retires for the evening so don’t expect room service or any service after that. Breakfast was perfectly French with breads, croissants, homemade jam, and cheese. Overall it was a lovely place to stay."

"We were just staying for one night as we travelled from the south towards Cherbourg for the ferry. It was a good option for an overnight stay in the area. The property was clean, safe and comfortable. Reception were helpful and ordered take away for us."

"Beautiful hotel- bit outdated in some respects but that added to the overall charm. Only downside was restaurant charging a la carte prices rather than the set menu. At reception paying the next morning, someone else had exactly the same problem. Delayed our checkout as we had to run through every expense and correct the bill. Make sure you check the bill on checkout in detail… a la carte pricing seems to be a try on theme sadly!! We’d also been charged for breakfast and hadn’t had breakfast!"
