Nice hotel

Reception personnel was very helpful and kind. Hotel was clean and in good condition. One thing, remember earplugs. In the night you can hear everything (a lot if noices ) and in the end kept awake for quite some time.

We didn‘t see much of the staff, so i guess i only review the check-in wich was very nice! The room was big and clean, but i didn‘t see much cleaning during the stay. The cleaning ladies just looked and didn‘t talk. The breakfast smelled gorgeous but unfortunately we couldn‘t book with breakfast. The address in the conformation was on the main street, but the hotel actually was behind it, so we couldn‘t find it at first, even the navi was confused, but the staff welcomed us very very nice! It was a nice stay, quiet (once the kids on the other side left)! The air was clean and fresh!

Im großen und ganzen nur ein durchschnittliches Hotel dafür im Preis etwas günstiger als andere Hotels für einen Kurzaufenthalt nach Verona ideal. - reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage die aber nicht abgeschlossen ist - Bushaltestelle in der Nähe mit dem Bus ist man in knapp 20 Minuten in Verona - Frühstück ist günstig mit 12€ und dafür war die Auswahl auch okay (aufpassen es gibt einen Frühstücksraum nur für Bustouristen welches deutlich schlechter ist, was mir aber nicht gesagt wurde) - die Mitarbeiter sind nett und bemühen sich - das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen wie auch zu teilweise die Umgebung - Supermärkte in der Nähe und auch viele Essenmöglichkeiten - der Pool hat nur von 10 bis 19:30 geöffnet - Badekappenpflicht und die Kappen werden an der Rezeption für 5€ verkauft, dass empfand ich als Abzocke - Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage - kein deutsches Fernsehen aber das kann man überleben 😉

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour chez Kona. Notre chambre était vraiment spacieuse et très propre. Étant moi-même réceptionniste, nous avons très bien été accueillis par les 2 jeunes réceptionnistes et le night était disponible pour nous. Nous avons été informés sur les différents services que propose l'hôtel. Je félicite la direction de cet établissement pour le choix de ses équipiers qui maintiennent cet hôtel a la perfection !!

Albergo molto bello e stanza spaziosa, 2 bagni molto comodi e ampie docce. Non è però possibile che un albergo non mi dia la colazione perché arrivano 300 persone, un albergo che mediamente ha tanti arrivi dev'essere attrezzato. Con 2 bambini piccoli non è stata una cosa simpatica (purtroppo l'ho scoperto dopo altrimenti non avrei prenotato). Seconda cosa, segnalo la mancanza di asciugamani piccoli da bidet, assolutamente essenziali per l'igiene personale. Avevamo a disposizione 4 teli grandi e 4 medi. Terza cosa, la doccia ha un getto in alto molto grande, totalmente pieno di calcare e da tanti fori purtroppo non usciva acqua, per fortuna che c'era un doccino. Quarta nota dolente, il frigobar totalmente vuoto. Onestamente non riprenoterei

Ho pernottato nella parte smart dell'hotel in una camera tripla, molto silenziosa affacciata sui vigneti della Valpolicella.Pulizia ok, alcune pecche: in bagno la doccia anzichè avere una porta di vetro ha un tenda di plastica con conseguente uscita dell'acqua su tutto il pavimento e in camera il minifrigobar troppo rumoroso.

Es sind zwei Hotels, ein neues und ein sehr altes runtergekommenes Loch. Jede zweite Steckdose lässt sich rausziehen aus der Wand, es stehen halbe Gerüste drauf, es stinkt!!! Es ist dunkel, Kabel schauen raus, an sich darf es nicht höher als zwei Sterne geben, wenn überhaupt. Das andere Hotel schaut aus als ob den Betreibern das Geld ausgegangen ist und ist nur halb fertig eingerichtet. Alles etwas billig umgesetzt. Sieht aber definitiv deutlich besser aus als das alte. Die Garage ist auch nicht fertig. Überall ist Müll, es gibt kein Tor, Wasser läuft aus den Rohren. Seid also vorsichtig bei der Buchung. Vom Betreibern kein Entgegenkommen!
