"We stayed at the property for a quick one night trip. Getting to the property was challenging due to the Pickle Festival. There was no parking to be able to check in then park in the assigned lot. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and large. The property itself seemed well maintained with the little that we experienced. It was very loud at night due to the highway right behind the property. The breakfast program was just okay. It is your typical free hotel breakfast but the area was clean. The location of the property was very close to the cultural district and right by PNC park."

"The hotel and staff were amazing. They have valet parking on site for $39. And the valet staff was very good to me. My only complaint would be that the rooftop bar in space that they advertise are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Which just happened to be one of the days I was there. Also, the room that I stayed in was very small. The location and aesthetics of the hotel are on point. If you catch a good deal on this place, you will not be disappointed. Ideal for a single travelers."

"Overall the stay was good, though Accessibility leaves a bit to be desired. The doors are big enough and the rooms have enough space to navigate in a wheelchair. There were no accessible rooms available as a Jr suite and no shower benches are kept at the hotel. They also only have 3 luggage dollies, which is not great when more than 20,000 people are in town for a convention. Fortunately I traveled with able bodied people to help with luggage, or Id have been waiting well over an hour for a dolly. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is high quality and reasonable cost, one of the highlights of my stay"
