"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel left me with no choice — others deserve to be warned before making the same mistake. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it abundantly clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Check-in was handled with cold indifference, with no greeting, no assistance with luggage, and no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. When we asked questions, the responses were dismissive and at times outright rude. To make matters worse, when we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable and could only meet us the following day. When I returned the next day, I discovered that the manager had actually been present the entire time and simply chose not to meet us. The dishonesty was shocking and deeply disrespectful. I then escalated the matter by emailing higher management, hoping for at least some acknowledgement or accountability — but the response I received was just as appalling. No empathy, no resolution, just another disappointing reply that reflected exactly the same attitude as the rest of the staff. This is without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered in the hotel industry. Never stay here."

Thanks for sharing your story with us though it sounds amazing to hear from someone like you who has been working on this project for decades now as well as with other people in your 🗺️ and your community and your company as well as your team it’s been really inspiring to others to see the potential of this project and how it will improve lives in the future for everyone but you have to understand the importance of the bounds involved otherwise it will never happen again because you have no idea how to work with me and my thought processes, up to you all to think first rather than twitter all the time because you cannot see the end result "

"Situé sur une rue paisible, à proximité des transport en commun et de Pigalle. L’ appartement loué était spacieux et bien équipé quoique nous aurions apprécié une cafetière. La belle terrasse extérieure gagnerait à être équipée de coussins pour rendre le mobilier confortable et permettre une utilisation optimale. Le même commentaire s’applique aux chaises de cuisine. La douche de la salle de bain bien que de bonnes dimensions aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. Parmi les petits inconvénients, nous avons été privés d’eau une journée sans en être avisé au préalable. Selon notre compréhension cette panne était prévue donc une communication préalable eut été appréciée ce qui nous aurait permis une meilleure organisation de notre journée. Aux autres petits inconvénients s’ajoute une panne de deux jours d’un des deux ascenseurs qui a été réglée,disons-le, à la première occasion utile. Mention spéciale pour l’amabilité et la courtoisie du personnel et plus particulièrement les préposés à l’accueil qui ont donné une belle dimension humaine à notre séjour. "

"There was nothing I did not like. The check in was quick and easy. Staff are polite, courteous and accommodating. There is an elevator. Room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are compact and stocked with just about everything a person might need. Nice workout room. Small room used for breakfast items and beverages, these items are not complimentary. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"Room was huge hotel is nice super comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. Shower is horrible. Did not love that breakfast or coffee is outside through a courtyard and down stairs- super inconvenient in rain, same for the “lobby” in a totally different building. We hated the area, have to been to paris several times and wanted to try a new area and regretted it the entire trip.Graffiti, homeless people trash on the streets and far from everything. 45 minute uber to 6th, eiffel tower. Hotel is great, area is terrible and because of the area we would not stay there again. "
