"I appreciated the friendly staff and required minimum input from them, which they respected. I did find the layout of the hotel a bit confusing, and was surprised to discover that there was no elevator ... personally this was not a problem, but I don't recall seeing it mentioned in any of the information ... I hope to stay at this hotel again, it was well suited to my needs. The proximity to a restaurant was a bonus as I was on foot."
