This hotel greatly exceeded expectations! The rooms were immaculately clean and decorated. Comfy bed, and huge tv! It felt like a 5 star hotel! The pool and hot tub were marvellous! We will definitely come back to stay again some day! Also it was a short walk to the casino which was nice.

Our second time staying here. We have zero complaints. We tried the restaurant for breakfast. And it was good as well. Love it that it is pet friendly for folks like us who have to bring our fur babies along 🐶

Everything was good especially for Vernon. Our critiques were that the pillows were too soft almost no support and the hot tub appeared to be dirty, so much so we didn't bother using it. Otherwise was good staff and room were excellent

This is a newer property. Bed was very comfortable. Shower is great. Rooms are nice and dark. We could bring along our dog. It was a great stay. Will stay again in future.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and courteous. The front check in counter is very high. I could hardly reach it to complete my registration, I am 5’3””. The hotel is very new. Breakfast was available in a lounge area, not complimentary. The restaurant is not open yet, you can order bar food like sliders, burgers, nachos in the lounge area. Once again, sitting at the bar, the bar top was very high. You would have to be 6’ or taller to reach it comfortably while sitting on a bar stool. Rooms were large, clean comfortable beds. AC/heat was noisy. Bathroom was large, lots of complimentary bathroom accessories like shampoo etc. Nifty little light/ceiling fan that came on automatically when you entered the bathroom…handy for the middle of the night. Bathtub had a low oddly positioned grab bar. Toilet is very low to the ground and no grab bar nearby. Room servicing is on demand. If you want fresh towels or garbage emptied or beds made you need to advise the front desk every morning of your stay. Lots of free parking. Dog friendly. Lots of nearby, within walking distance, eating establishments.

It’s got a very nice gym. The hot tub is large and nice and hot. The rooms are very new and clean.

Rooms are modern and have very comfortable beds. Staff were very busy but were professional patient and kind to all guests. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vernon.

The manager was very helpful and the cleaning staff was very efficient despite being short staffed. They all worked hard to get us into our room as soon as possible.

Dirty room. Shared my complaints with management. He gave a discount. The tub/ shower hadn’t been cleaned in days/weeks- actual dirt build-up. Dirty floors- had not been vacuumed/washed in days. Stain on top sheet. Would not stay again.

Nice facilities but no housekeeping service 2nd day had to ask them to do room on day 3 garbage was overflowing and did not restock coffee, towels or toilet paper.Water in lobby great idea but empty most of the time. Property outside not swept garbage laying around.

Nice facility. Wish they would offer complimentary breakfast but not a deal breaker since there are a variety of restaurants in the area. Overall good place and close to the highway.

Highway noise at night not surprising given location; AC by the bed blew on person sleeping; but bed and pillows very comfortable; service staffing shortage explained so tub not spotless; bathroom accessories not sufficient though provided right away on request; nice new hotel.
