"We've been coming to 30A for 7 years and this property was the best home we've stayed in. Location was perfect and a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants/shops. Neighborhood was quiet and the house is quite close to the tennis/pickelball courts and one of two pools. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We also appreciated that it was well-stocked for cooking meals. 10/10 recommend!"

"This long weekend with our children and grandchildren was perfection!! The house layout was perfect, the location was perfect and the beach/weather cooperated too! We would definitely rent this again. On a separate note, RealJoy that manages the property is excellent and stays in constant contact making sure all is well!! LOVED this trip/house!"

"We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry....

"We stayed here for my son's high school graduation. It was very nice and clean and we had no issues at all. We didn't get to go to the beach bc it stormed the whole time, but what little break we did get we got to enjoy the pool! It has plenty of parking and is nicely located! We come to PCB every summer, would love to come back and or recommend to someone else!"

"Staying at this property was truly amazing. We spent most of the time on the outdoor patio and in the pool. The pool was great because of the zero entry for the young babies and also for the adults to sit and visit. It was a short walk to the beach. Dealing with Jason was very easy, Jason was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We loved having the golf cart for short coffee runs and beach drop offs with the babies. There are plenty of beach toys in the garage to...

"Such a beautiful home with all stated amenities. The community was beautiful and quiet. Our only complaint was the 0.5 mile walk to the beach and the 4 flights of stairs that you had to go down to get to the beach. Overall the home, beaches, shopping, and food were all fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"
