We loved our stay here. It was in a great location and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything you could need and the garden area was wonderful. Massimiliano went above and beyond with his service. Would highly recommend staying here.

Massimiliano was a very friendly and accommodating host, from helping us to get onto the property to making us reservations. The support staff straightened our room so nicely for our second night’s stay. And, we loved Corniglia as it was still a lovely town with plenty of shops and eateries, but was less chaotic.

The Guesthouse was in a very quiet area which was needed after six weeks of traveling in Europe. It was located near great restaurants! Our host was helpful and friendly when we needed transportation to and from the Guesthouse!

Had a wonderful visit to Corniglia, and our stay at Maduneta 5 Terre couldn't have been much more perfect. Gracious host, who provided helpful information for the area. Amazing view from our room, and jasmine in bloom under our window gave the room a lovely aroma.

Lovely place with an amazing view of the sea. Corniglia is a quieter town and for us offered an amazing opportunity to slow down just a bit from the city travels and a romantic place to rest after the long hikes of Cinque Terre.

Our host was extraordinarily kind and helpful, taking the time to help us make the most of our stay at the least possible expense of money and time. The room was perfect, overlooking the see with a clear view of the town of Manarola. I highly recommend staying in Corning if you plan to visit the Cinque Terra for more than a day, and if you do you could not ask for better place to stay.

Absolutely Amazing – Like a Movie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Walking into this hotel felt like stepping into an old Italian film. The room was absolutely stunning—designed in a unique, vintage Italian style with a beautiful old stone arch that gave it so much character. The bathroom was rustic and charming, with a tree stump-style shower that added to the natural, earthy feel. Stepping outside, I found not one, but two lovely garden areas with cozy chairs perfect for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It was so serene, it almost didn’t feel real. The hospitality was outstanding. The room came stocked with free bottles of water, wine, free snacks, tea, and coffee. Every detail was so thoughtful—it truly felt like staying in someone’s very special home. The only slight drawback is that you have to walk up about 300 steps to get there. However, there is a bus available that can bring you to the top if you have some cash and the local currency, so it’s manageable. Highly, highly recommend staying here. I’m already dreaming of coming back and staying longer next time!

This is a fantastic property and location if you’re looking to stay in Corneglia. The host, Massiaimilano, is FANTASTIC. He greeted us warmly, made sure we had everything we needed and was generous with his time and open to any questions that we had. He anticipated when to be available so that we could purchase 5T tix for the trains and hiking paths. This property was clean, had full sets of towels, provided breakfast and snack options, had an espresso maker, provided bottled water and a welcome bottle of 5T wine. Our room was very cool with a rock encroaching into our shower, had an outdoor patio overlooking the ocean, chickens next door and lots of tables on the veranda to relax. However, it was a tight fit with all four of us staying in one room and our luggage tucked into corners of the room BUT! It worked out! Also, I should mention that laundry is now for a price $10eu for 5kg. This is a new policy and was unexpected from the information when we booked. Regardless, as long as you can manage the 382 steps and 30 ramps with your luggage up to this location, it’s a wonderful place to stay and I would return next time I come back.
