This cottage, completely renovated with lots of love and creativity, is located in a quiet area just a short walk from city centre and the lake. It features two outdoor terraces where you can eat and relax, and is easily accessible by car. Upstairs, there is a fully equipped apartment for 2–4 people (for each additional guest over 18, there is an extra charge of 10 euros per night), while on the ground floor there is a separate bedroom with a full bathroom, featuring a single bed and a queen-size bed, ideal for 2–3 people(a separate fee of 10 euros per night applies for each adult or child using this room). Booking this room allows for a total of 7 guests—including adults, children, and teenagers—enabling you to share a holiday while still enjoying privacy. Heating is charged based on usage at 1 euro per kilowatt, calculated upon check-in and check-out. Guests are required to record the gas metre readings when they first turn on the heating and again at the end of their stay to calculate the amount due. The municipality of Verbania requires payment of a tourist tax of 1 euro per night per person over the age of 6. Payment for the tourist tax and any extras should be left on the table at the end of your stay. You may also bring a small pet, for which there is an additional charge of 10 euros per night, up to a maximum of 10 days for longer stays.
