The apartment is newly built and therefore everything is new, modern and comfortable. It is located in a sunny and quiet area, near the city center and the lake, which can also be easily reached on foot, along a tree-lined avenue. It overlooks the garden and private road and has independent access on the ground floor. Its location allows easy access even for people with mobility difficulties. The equipment present makes the stay easy. It has private parking inside the courtyard or on the street in front of the house.The house is equipped with the safety devices required by law. Fans are installed in each room
Our environmental policy:
