"Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the Zócolo and malecón, and has a pool. I will stay here again next time I visit Veracruz! Only improvement I would appreciate is a jacuzzi. "

"Well located, clean and friendly staff.
Restaurant is good. Great for business.
Rooms are a little basic and outdated, but better than many other options in town in the range. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel is charming and historic. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the Zocalo. The staff is excellent, at check in, the bellman, housekeeping, the servers at the restaurant, just so attentive and friendly. We definitely appreciate such great service. The pool area is very nice with sufficient pool loungers. We ordered room service one night and our food arrived quickly. They helped us book a taxi for the airport. Everything went so well, we would love to return here in the future. "
"The apartment was very nice in a colonial building within the city center. You can easily walk to the Malecon and iconic cafes. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English but was extremely friendly and helpful and we managed to communicate. Moreover, there is no free parking close to the hotel and if you come by car you have to park several blocks away and pay. Overall, the hotel was not in its best shape anymore but it is definitely worth staying in such an iconic place. "
