Es un sitio muy bonito, como un pueblecito blanco y te sientes muy segura. Cerca de la playa y restaurantes, realmente es ideal para unas vacaciones de relax. Los apartamentos son confortables. Lo que sí hay que decir es que el mantenimiento ya no es lo que era y hay cosas que quizás ya deberían haber sido cambiado o arreglado y no parece que lo están haciendo. Por ejemplo la bañera era muy vieja, la ducha perdiendo agua, una TV muy antiguo, etc. Eso no resta a la estancia y lo hemos pasado de maravilla, pero es una pena ver que no renuevan las cosas.

Le falta mantenimiento sin lugar a dudas

Para el precio que tiene deben ponerse la pilas con el mantenimiento. Las puertas no nos funcionaron y el aire estaba roto. Nos hicieron perder varias horas de nuestras vacaciones. La piscina cierra al mediodía dos horas, eso no nos gusto nada. Está cerca de la playa, es amplio y tiene todo el menaje para cocinar. Si mejoran ganaran más Estrellas.

A good place to stay

Check-in was easy and quick. We were given number 112 apartment. Unfortunately, it stank of cigarette smoke, the Wi-Fi didn't work there (we learned that very few of the apartments can access the Wi-Fi) and the TV didn't work. We were reallocated number 85- immediately opposite the reception area and it was great!

Dentro del recinto estuvo muy limpio y todo muy silencioso, un sitio no muy amigable por los vecinos para llevar a un perro, tras solo haber pasado un Dia, las camas han sido mejorables, las puertas de la entrada no cierra correctamente y se habren con un empujoncito.

Lo único que estaba bien es la animación para peques ,pero solo en una piscina si te toca por la otra olvídate no hay nada ni bar,todo en la misma,el restaurante es un primer piso sin acceso con carro bebe,la comida de batalla de la buena,los muebles de atrezzo de cuéntame de primeras temporadas,las llaves magnéticas el primer día la tuve que activar 5 veces y llegue pasadas las 4 de la tarde imagina mi cabreo,tuve que pagar más dinero para que me cambiaran a una suite por que el otro apartamento era una pena pero l suite era lo mismo lo único que tenía dos baños y dos habitaciones pero mismos muebles cocina mal equipada sin horno ni lavadora todo lavado a mano en fin caro para el servicio no volveré más

El apartamento esta muy cerca a la playa, es familiar y las noches son tranquilas para descansar. Cuando llegamos no aparecia nuestra reserva, que ya estaba pagada, la cocina no está muy bien equipada, por la noche nos quitaron la mesa y las sillas de la puerta, tuvimos que ir a recepción en varias ocasiones por que las tarjetas no abrían la puerta. Esto fue en los dos primeros días luego no tuvimos más problemas, en una estancia de una semana

Conjunto residencial junto paseo marítimo

Conjunto de bloques de apartamentos de dos plantas de diseño residencial a escasos metros de la playa y del paseo marítimo que conecta la zona costera de Puerto Rey con el casco urbano de Garrucha. Probablemente son de las primeras instalaciones turísticas de la zona por lo que el tanto el mobiliario como algunos electrodomésticos necesitan una profunda renovación. Hay falta de cobertura tanto telefónica como del wifi que se ofrece gratuito en interiores, quizá dependiendo de la orientación del apartamento. La tv es plana de tamaño mediano y sintoniza perfectamente tanto canales nacionales como extranjeros. El suministro de agua caliente y aire acondicionado, muy necesario en verano, funcionan excelentemente. Hay abundancia de establecimientos de hostelería en las inmediaciones si bien Garrucha se encuentra a escasa media hora a pie o 5 minutos en vehículo. Existe algún tipo de transporte público en las inmediaciones. No hay parking privado aunque hay suficientes plazas en el exterior, siempre atendiendo a la temporada.

Estuve solo una noche, pero el sitio tiene mucho encanto para estancias más largas. Hay mucha tranquilidad, jardines bien cuidados y los apartamentos, sin ser lujo, tienen todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Aparte, se nota que han reformado un poco el mobiliario, la decoración. Todo limpio y el personal de recepción muy amable.

Dirty everything! I had to clean bathroom on arrival also cleaned all pots,utensils, teapot, kettle, coffee pot also wiped inside the fridge. Underneath the beds was very dusty. This was supposed to be a deluxe apartment but definitely not.We were only staying for the week and did not want to move as the apartment was in a very quiet area. The gardens are beautiful. The wifi is really bad and had to go to bars to use theirs. Would not stay again.

Complejo agradable bien situado

Buen sitio en general, cerca de la playa y bastantante tranquilo. Tiene dos piscinas amplias y calentitas, una muy tranquila y otra animada donde está el bar y las actividades. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento. Nos dieron un apartamento más grande que el contratado, con dos dormitorios y dos baños. Muy bien equipado, con aire acondicionado en ambos dormitorios y en la habitación principal. Un inconveniente fue que no teníamos lavadora, pero nos lo compensaron ofreciéndonos un servicio de lavandería. En general todo muy bien excepto en dos aspectos. El primero fué que ofrecían Wifi gratis, pero la cobertura era muy limitada y no pudimos conectarnos ni con nuestros móviles ni con el pc portátil. Ellos dicen que debe aparecer un mensaje para luego rellenar unos datos y conectarse, pero no apareció en ningún dispositivo y lo intentamos con insistencia. Otro problema fué que un cliente con todo incluído contratado, estaba contínuamente ebrio y dando la nota por la zona del bar, la piscina y las actividades a lo largo del día durante los 5 que nos alojamos. A veces incluso entraba en las actividades de los niños para participar esporádicamente y el animador en lugar de impedírselo, le seguía el juego. Ésto nos incomodó bastante, ya que fuimos con nuestras hijas. Por último otra cosa que hizo que no nos sintiéramos seguros fué que el complejo tiene apartamentos que son propiedad de particulares y no pertenecen al apartahotel. Fué un poco difícil encontrar aparcamiento.
