"The information says the hotel has air conditioning, when we got there, there was no AC in the rooms only in communal areas, when I tried a refund as I had been Miss sold I was told it was not refundable. It was over 30 degrees that day so not much sleep - I never would have booked if I knew there was no AC in the rooms only!"

The property was like going back in time and once the island was less populated, it gave us the ability to walk the streets and experience the beautiful architecture without the over crowding you experience during the day.
