"All was good "

"The room was clean and well appointed and the service at the bar, restaurant , and coffee shop are excellent. "

"Front Desk are not aware about our request, at least INFORM your guest if the request is not guaranted. Its not that hard! Secondly, microwave, coffee brewer and TV short circuit while we stay there, its dissapointing. Will never go back again"

Almost felt like I was an inconvenience New hotel, looks nice Can definitely hear the people above you well… was woken up at around 3am from ppl One room plug in was not finished. Had no plate around it- could be a hazard if you had a young child with you. Breakfast seemed good. I am celiac and there was minimum options for me and high chance of cross contamination but that’s normal for hotel breakfasts so I had a yogurt and apple."

"The pet fee was reasonable, about $25.00. I did not stay for breakfast. Unfortunately I was woken up repeatedly by doors in the hallway opening and closing with a rattle everytime, and a woman’s voice also repeatedly in the hallway until about 1:00 a.m. It seemed the hotel was wide awake by 5:00 a.m. again with the doors banging away. The room was not the least bit soundproof to the hallway. I did tell the front desk in the morning that I was not happy and would not be staying there again. She just looked confused and said she didn’t hear anything and that she had been there all night. So if you’re looking for a good nights sleep before or after a long drive, I sure didn’t get one."
