Le logement est spacieux, avec des espaces qui permettent à chacun de pouvoir avoir des moments de calme et une grande piÚce de vie pour se retrouver. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse bien aménagée. L'accueil et les contacts que nous avons eu ont été trÚs bons.

Logement parfait pour les 2 familles que nous étions, pour faire de la luge à la Bresse Hohneck et à Gérardmer. TrÚs bien équipé, bien chauffé, literie confortable. Les enfants ont adoré le babyfoot et les fléchettes. Nous reviendrons !

La relation avec l’hĂŽte m’a parut compliquĂ© (me disait Ă  chaque fois tout Ă©tait indiquĂ© dans le descriptif) notre arrivĂ©e nous a confirmer cet accueil un peu froid.En ce qui concerne la location : conforme aux photos, nous Ă©tions 13, chaque personne a trouver sa place, trĂšs beau volume et trĂšs cocooning.BĂ©mol : jeux de flĂ©chettes cassĂ©, ampoule du lustre au dessus de la table Ă  manger qui ne tient plus que par les filaments ce l’ampoule, sensĂ©o support ne tient plus, cafetiĂšre porte filtre Ă©galement cassĂ©, dessus de robinet qui nous reste dans les mains et les matelas de lits font cuvettes.Dommage
 c’est une superbe location qui a cause de toutes ces petites choses dont son dĂ©labrement.En ce qui concerne le mĂ©nage, les locataires juste avant nous ont dĂ» payer 100 euros obligatoire comme nous, donc le mĂ©nage aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre fait, or sol sale, excrĂ©ments sur le mur et plainte (sĂ©chĂ©), moumouttes Ă  droite Ă  gauche, grain de riz au sol et ne surtout pas se baisser pour regarder sous les lits.En bref trĂšs belle prestation mais prioritĂ© au mĂ©nage.

L’endroit est spacieux et confortable pour 7 personnes. 2 wc pour ce lieu, c’est un peu juste. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous aurions aimĂ© une machine Ă  capsules plutĂŽt qu’une Senseo. Le bois pour la cheminĂ©e Ă©tait fourni sans supplĂ©ment. L’accueil est rapide et efficace. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour

Es hat alles gepasst bis auf die VerstĂ€ndigung ( haben es dann p. Google-Übersetzer gemacht), es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Reinigungskosten in Höhe von 100 € extra bezahlt werden mussten. Und das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert! Sonst hat alles fĂŒr unsere Gruppe von 12 Personen gut gepasst!

Nach Übernahme wird das Haus genauer untersucht und das Zimmer bezogen. Leider fĂ€llt auf, dass mit „4 BADEZIMMER“ in der Hausbeschreibung nicht gemeint ist, dass es dort 4 Toiletten hat, sondern nur zwei, wobei im unteren Stockwerk WC und Dusche zusammengelegt sind. In einem Zimmer gibt es als Mitbewohner zig Ameisen
 Besonders geschĂ€tzt haben wir den Tischfussballkasten und die Boulesbahn. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, war aber leider dreckig. Wir haben alles gewaschen, bevor wir es verwenden konnten. Leider war uns auch nicht bewusst, dass vom Betriebsmaterial (WC-Papier, Seifen, HandtĂŒcher, Abwaschlappen, KehrrichtsĂ€cke etc.) nur eine Grunddotation vorhanden ist. Wir mussten das alles noch einkaufen. Probleme mit den Toiletten: das untere WC wurde ĂŒberschwemmt, wenn das obere gebraucht wurde. Der Verwalter kam vorbei und hat den Boden aufgewischt. Dies war natĂŒrlich nur eine kurze SymptombekĂ€mpfung, die Überschwemmung kam zurĂŒck und war dann am nĂ€chsten Morgen noch schlimmer. Leider hat‘s dann nochmals einen Tag gedauert, bis der Verwalter die Toiletten entstopft hat. Bei der Abgabe ist uns der EigentĂŒmer mit einem kleinen Beitrag entgegengekommen fĂŒr die Umtriebe. Alles in Allem wĂ€re der Ort und das Haus absolut empfehlenswert, wenn mehr Wert auf klare Kommunikation (Internetauftritt) und Sauberkeit gelegt wĂŒrde. Auch haben wir vermisst, dass nach Buchung keine Kontakttelefonnummer angezeigt wurde.

Nous avons passĂ© des vacances formidables un chalet magnifique trĂšs grand des chambres et une literie parfaite chacun sa salle de douche 👍un accueil chaleureux trĂšs propre tout ce qu’il faut niveau vaisselle tournoi de baby foot c’était magique !!!! je recommande vraiment nous avons mĂȘme skier au ballon d’Alsace petite station superbe !!! Avec le propriĂ©taire de la cabane location de ski trĂšs gentil et professionnel Allez en route pour les Vosges il y a pas besoin de partir loin pour de bonne vacances !!!!!
